How do for to see menu under appearance voice

    I have a user with Editor role, and is impossible to see the menu voices under “appearance”

    That’s the default of WordPress. If will change this, you must change the capabilities to this role, like with the plugin Members. Adminimize can’t help in this context, it can only helps to hide areas.
