• I had a blog on WordPress that had stats (in a dropdown menu under Dashboard), but I can’t find them on my new site. The only difference I can think of is that this one is hosted under a domain name that I purchased for it (as opposed to the other which is “blogname”.www.ads-software.com), but I don’t see why that would make a difference. Would it? Any suggestions? I’d love to see if I’m getting many hits.

    Thanks!

your wordpress.com blog and your self hosted blog have different features.

you wont find the same stats on your newly installed wordpress blog.

It is probably the case that you had a Stats Plugin installed, that was available under the Dashboard menu.

Simply install another similar Plugin from the Plugin directory, and away you go!

Sorry to piggyback, but i am also new to WP.org and wonder where on my Blue.host acct should I store or unzip the plugin?
