How do I add a "Subscribe to my Blog" to Blog COMMENTS ?

    I now use Jetpack for it. From some reasons I need to remove Jetpack and I am looking for another plugin that will give commenters the option to subscribe to the blog and/or post comments.
    Can anyone help me?
