How do I add ad’s

    Yes I would like to know this also. I am using wp-portal theme and it says it has a customizable ad block. I followed the instructions adding the html code to the sponsors php and it worked as it showed up in my cpanel but it’s still not appearing on my site. Is there an extra step I need to take? Any answers gratefully received.

    I would like to put the ad’s on the home page of the site. I have no idea how to do this. I don’t have a specific ad that I would like to place yet, I would simply like to have a place where I can write “place your ad here” and then in the future put ads there? Any suggestions?

    The extra step is adding the code from sponsors php to a text file in widgets! Seems simple in retrospect, duh.

    I still haven’t figured out how to preserve the formatting of their default images, but I got my first ad in the sidebar, so I’m happy.
