How do I add excerpt field ?

I am not clear about your question. Can you please tell me which field you want to want?. You have to work in wpuf-add-post.php file to add new field. There is a functionfunction post_form( $post_type ).

I want Members be able to add the excerpt while adding post using WP User Frontend. This option is not available in the plugin settings ??

You can now add the excerpt as a custom meta field through the plugin form options. But please check out the latest changes to WPUF before you update, it’s very different and better now, but you may have to redo a lot of posts to adapt.
