How do I add file types ????

    I’m a newby so excuse my ignorance.

    I looked up “WP Extra File Types” using the plugin search menu. Downloaded Version 0.3.5. Installed it. Activated it. I’ve logged out of WordPress and logged back in.

    The Support topics imply I can add my own file types using an editor but Where is it?

    I’d like to add .stl and .STL types for 3D printing.

    Help is appreciated.

    – login to your wp backend
    – expand “Settings” menu
    – click on “Extra file types”
    – select the types you want to use, or add something not already present (form fields at the bottom of the page)
    – click “Save”
