    Hi @runejayce!

Ad 1) Aspexi Facebook Like Box is a very customizable slider. You cannot place it in your sidebar in this version. We can see that you have installed free version already.

Ad 2) At the moment plugin works fine on your website.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I found out that I’m getting a blank box on Firefox as it’s probably something to do with the cache in the browser as it works fine on Chrome.

One thing that’s odd is that when I view a test page via Chrome on iPad (https://www.nekomimi-no-jinja.com/test-gallery/), the sidebar’s somehow moved to the bottom when the Pro version is installed (The same also happened to the Free version).

I take it that there’ll be a option so that it’ll work in a sidebar or would it be easier to put it on the left side of the screen instead?

Overall, it’s definitely worth the money if I do say so myself. ^_^

    Thank you for your comment.

We have tested deeply our plugin and current version works perfectly on Firefox, Chrome and others. Just tested your site on those browsers and had no problems.

According to iPad, just tested on iPad 3, iOS 6.1.3, Chrome and Safari work great. Here is a screenshot from iPad of Chrome and your site: https://imgur.com/TCURe9T

If this issue still occurs please tell us what iPad version, OS and browser version you are using.

In the meantime we would be very happy if you could rate our plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/plugin-reviews/aspexi-facebook-like-box?rate=5#postform)

Thank you for testing it on a iPad for me.

My current iPad is the 4th gen 128gb version running iOS 7.0.4 and I’ve tested it in the same page again and I still have the same problem.

The version of Chrome for iPad I’m using is 34.0.1847.18 which should be the latest while the version of Safari that I’m using is the most up-to-date.

As I said, with the Firefox thing on my computer, it’s probably just a cache error on it that’s causing the box to go blank.

I’ll be more than happy to leave a rating for the plugin as well.

We will investigate Chrome issue on iPad. Thank you for pointing this.

I forgot to mention that the same problem is also happening on Safari as well.

Unfortunately, we have not repeated this issue yet. Please see this screenshot (Safari, iOS 7.0.2): https://imgur.com/y6LBgzz All seems to be fine.

    Could you upload your screenshot?

    Thank you.

If you DISABLE plugin temporary, the sidebar does not go to the bottom?

Most likely this is not an issue and is not related to the plugin. Moreover, this seems to be a standard responsive behaviour – sidebar would not have a space to be set on the right so it goes to the bottom.
