How do I add my plugin to the plugin directory?

    I’m trying to add my plugin (https://www.picturesurf.org/) to the plugin directory.

    When I submit ‘Picturesurf Gallery’ as the plugin name I see, “That name already exists. Please choose another name.” yet when I search for ‘picturesurf’ in the plugin directory, there are no results.

    What should I do?
