How do I add the form yo appear on my page or post !

    I have successfully installed your plugin ,however this may seem a strange question BUT how Do i get the form to appear on my front post or ANY other page ?? – do i try an embed it or link to it ! ??

    Sorry but i really am confused about how i get the simple form on to my website?
