how do i alter the width of line under header?

    Hi,

    This is my blog.

    I want to extend the black line under the main header image to end where the image ends (ie. 1000px width). Where in the CSS can I alter this? I’m using the Vigilance theme.

    Also how do I delete the ‘Just another wordpress site’ txt under the header image?

    Any help would be much appreciated ??
