How do I apply patch for Post via Email?

  • I’ve installed a WordPress Blog on my server. It’s working fine except one feature. The “Post By Email” feature works, but it only posts the subject line, and not the body
    text.

    This is a known bug, and they released a patch to fix it. I need help applying this patch please.

    I simply do not have a clue where to start. What file do I edit? What bits do I replace?
