How do I ban all users from China?

Use CloudFlare? That service will allow you to block entire countries.

Use your .htaccess file to add Chinese IP’s to block.

As soon as you block out the Chinese, you’ll get the Russians, Pakistanis, Iranians, Koreans….

I’m already getting all of them! Haha. My business only caters to people within the US, so it doesn’t matter if I block the rest of the world.
