How do I cancel an event with notification to all booked users?

sorry but this is not available out of the box but already been requested (no eta yet due to other features which needs to be done first)

Angelo, thank you for the reply. I was really confused when I couldn’t find this option. The settings screen show “Booking cancelled” email templates etc. I assume these were added to support the future feature?

So my only option is to export the bookings (CSV option) and manually email the users?

Is this feature implemented yet in PRO? I’m ready to upgrade if so. Exporting emails isn’t an option (also way inefficient) since I have hidden BuddyPress members private email addresses from other members for privacy reasons. Having the ability to allow my members to easily cancel events with an email notification of the cancelation to attendees is uber important for my communities needs. Also, does PRO allow event hosts to manually mass email attendees if needed? Seen lots of old threads mentioning that both these features are in the pipeline so I figure they have been implemented by now, however, wanted to confirm with you guys before going PRO.
