How do I center text in the main navigation bar?

    Hi, liking the theme – thanks.

    Wondering if it’s possible to center the text in the nav bar. Would help with the overall symmetry of my site.

    I’ve tried using variations of the following but with no effect.

    #access {
text-align: center;
  margin-right: auto;
  margin-left: auto;

    I would also like, ideally, to center the footer.
