How do I change formatting on single events page

I’m not crazy about the way the event listings on my individual event pages are formatting. See an example here: https://beta.careyinstitute.org/event/seventh-annual-catskill-high-peaks-music-festival/

I would like to hide all of the meta information (date, time, location, category, etc.) and just show the content in the body. How can I do this?
