How do I change my www.ads-software.com profile url?

    This is specifically to do with my user account.

    I have changed my username to a personally non-identifiable one, but the URL for my profile still carries my actual name.

    This is personally identifying me in a Google search and a Bing search. People searching for me can search my posts on here – this is a privacy issue for me.

    I understand that I cannot delete my profile (ludicrous constraint, but I accept this), but following the recommendations on these forums I changed my profile name. However, the url still identifies me in search engine searches.

    How do I change this or how do I delete. This IS a privacy issue.

    The URL cannot be changed, and the account cannot be deleted. These are restrictions that we cannot work around at this time, I’m sorry.

    If you register a new account with the desired username, we can mark this account as inactive.
