how do i change ownership of posts?

hi,

i have been posting stuff for awhile (19 posts) on my blog. i have doing all this posting from the admin account. subsequently the posts are all “by admin”. it makes perfect sense and i expected this.

however, it has occurred to me that the posts should be listed as “by alonzo fretwell” (my real name) for allot of good reasons mostly seo related.

is there a nice way i can re-attribute all these posts to a new user with my real name?

i am guessing the first thing i should do is create that users account but i will wait until i get some advise from you.

please advise.
