How do I change Secondary menu hover colour?

Hi,

I’d like to have a hover colour for the background of my secondary menu’s sub-menus. There’s currently a light blue box that appears on the secondary menu itself, but after that it’s almost impossible to differentiate between whether the menu item is selected or not.

Any help would be gratefully received!
