How do I change sequence of blogs on Arras web page?

  • I have a site at https://www.Home-Worker.biz I loaded the site on 25th April using the free Arras template. Since added content with nine blogs. These are not in the sequence I want. How do I re-sequence them please? Also, How do I insert another table into the third column which is currently blank? I wish to use the Arras template option with 2 right-hand colums and my pics and Editor’s Choice to the Left. I am a newbee to wordpress and am finding things difficult and confusing. Help Please!
