How do I change specific text in the plugin (English Version)?

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to edit texts in the plugin itself.
I found the language settings and tried to edit files like “profile-builder.pot” and I find every single string I want to change there, but my changes are not getting registered for some reason.
I do not use any language plugins or settings, just the normal english version.
