How do i change the design of when i search for products

If you didn’t understand what i meant in the title, what i mean is when im on my site and i search a product, i would like to change the way it looks, i searched up catalogs, but im not sure if thats what it is because that only changes the design of the shop page. The one that came with my theme is extremely ugly and i don’t know how to change it.
