How do I change the language on my WooCommerce checkout page?

    I am using Ocean WP theme and Polylang. My website has two languages; English and German. When I use the German site to add an product and followed by going to the “Checkout/Kasse”, I am linked to the English sites checkout. Instead of the German sites Kasse.

    I have checked on the Polylang settings, Woocommerce settings and checked the permalinks.
    The site keeps bringing me back to the English checkout instead of the German Kasse. Can someone please help me out?

    Usually, this issue could be related to the configuration of your language settings or a possible conflict with another plugin. Here are a few troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure that the “Detect browser language” option is not enabled in Polylang’s settings. This option could redirect users to the English version of your site based on their browser settings.
    2. Make sure you have correctly translated all WooCommerce pages (including the checkout page) into German using Polylang.
    3. Try to temporarily disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Polylang to check if there’s a conflict causing this issue.

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file containing the SSR’s contents to share with us. This will help us investigate further and provide a more accurate solution.
