How do I change the “Search” word from the search form?

Hello,
I’m trying to change the “Search” word from this search bar: https://i.imgur.com/E5JUUGd.png
The reason for me to do this is because my site is brazillian, so it needs to be changed from english to portuguese, A.K.A., from “Search” to “Pesquisar”.
I’ve tried following this tutorial: https://presscustomizr.com/snippet/changing-the-search-string-in-wordpress-search-forms/
…but it didn’t work, because I must use the modern theme style so my website can maintain it’s appearance. Changing it to classical theme style ruins everything.
