    just above post editor edit permalink to desired
    save permalink
    save post

    Hi,

    You need to set the permalinks for your blog post..please refer:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Permalinks

    and accordingly you need to make changes in .htaccess file to work with old posts.

    Hi,

    When I am writing or editing posts there is no option to change the permalink I only have that with pages.

    Also how do I c=make changes in .htaccess. When I try to open the file I get the message that windows does not know how ot open it?
