How do i change this ? (Categories)

I would like to change the command that is given when i click a category.
When i e.g. click category #2 – it opens a page called https://www.mydomain.dk/?cat=2
Insted of opening this page i would like it to execute this: <?php wp_cat_posts(3); ?>
Where do i change that ?
