How do I change this name field?

  • I have a form that has 2 inputs:
    Name: Joe
    Email: joe@fake.com

    This form registers a person as a subscriber to my site

    On my WP Admin Users page I see that registration as follows:

    Username: joe@fake.com
    Name: Joe
    Email: joe@fake.com
    Role: Subscriber
    Posts:

    This plugin has shortcodes that I can add to my email body sent to the user, but I don’t see a shortcode that will give me the following:

    Hello Joe,
    Welcome to my website.

    I want to populate the “Name” in my email body sent to the user from what they input on my form.

    Any solution would make this happen would be greatly appreciated.

    This plugin is what I was looking for, now if I can only overcome this obstacle…
