How do I charge differently for different memberships.

    How do I create these two payment options and link them to the memberships in woocommerce?

    I went into the NMI dashboard and created a monthly and a yearly plan but I don’t see anywhere that I can indicate in woocommerce which plan to associated with the woocommerce membership.
