How do I create a return label

  • Hi there, I’ve been creating regular shipping labels since quite some time, but am still creating the return labels manually via the direct page of DHL.
    Is there a function, where I can, just as I can create a regular shipping label, create a return label with one click?
    Would be very helpful!

    You can create a return label with the shipping label, in order to do that you have to set the “retoure” participation number and fill in the return address settings.
