How do I create a subsection with the same name within several sections?

  • I’m just going to assume that you’re talking about categories. With categories (as with other taxonomies) in WordPress, you can also subordinate a category to another category. If you want to have a subcategory with the same name in each of 2 main categories, you simply need to create them twice. You can also assign posts that should be in both subcategories to these two subcategories.

    When I try to create
    app/windows
    game/windows

    The latter is converted to a new link format to become this format
    game/windows-game

    This looks ugly and disorganized
    I would also like to point out that the two sections are different
    One is linked to the games section and the other to the software section
