How do I create form fields and capture to database

    I am looking for some advice on the best approach to take to build a site

    1 I want users to be able to sign up to the site
    2 Once they sign up, they will be able to predict football scores – so I will list the week’s football matches and ask them to predict scores – so I need some way to capture score inputs against a user
    3 I would like to be able to display the scores in a graph for each person
    4 I would like them to be able to come back each week and sign in and predict each weeks results

    Can you give me some idea of what the best approach is – what is native to wordpress, what I can use a plugin for and what I may need to code/build separately
