how do I customize the mobile site I have on my iphone since the 3.8 upgrade?

I have a good responsive theme so viewing my site on the iphone has never been a problem. i’ve updated to 3.8 and find i now have a mobile site on my iphone5! a lot appears that should not be visible. eg it opens to an archive page that doesn’t exist and can give the impression that the site is not found. It works fine if you know to scroll to the bottom and click view full site but it would be nice to see the home page on the mobile site and it would be good to get it working properly or delete it completely. my address is https://www.no1williamst.com.au
