How do I delete 4748 spam comments ?

  • I have used Manage > Comments > Mass Edit Mode
    But it only deletes 20 comments at a time

    1) Is there a way I can delete all 4748 comments ?
    2) How do I control the spam comment better ?

  • Spam Karma 2 has (as i recall) the ability to process all comments. You might install it and the Bad Behavior plugins for spam control.

    You could use Akismet in place of Spam Karma 2, but it won’t help with the already existing stuff. It’ll get the new stuff though.

    This plugin will delete all the comments.
