    Hi,

Do you not see a ‘Delete’ button on the left when editing a pin on the map?

Alternatively, you can always remove the pin directly from the database if you feel confident enough to do this.

Let me know. If needs be I can check out your web admin screen and let you know the problem. You can email me directly at [email protected]

    Best regards,
    Steven

Ah sorry, I just realised I wasn’t being clear!

The markers themselves are no problem, I don’t want to change them – I actually meant to say the icons that represent the pins. I’ve added some custom icons that I want to get rid of.

When click on “Change Icon”, it takes me to “My map icons” and there is a selection of the default ones and all the ones I’ve added. I want to get rid of several of the icons I’ve added because I don’t want to use them anymore, but I can’t see how – I can only see two options: simply closing the window or uploading another new icon.

Again, apologies for confusing my terminology earlier!

    Hi there,

OK, gotcha 100%. Unfortunately there isn’t a way to delete unused custom icons from the front end. The icon images are sitting in the following directory:

    wp-content/plugins/easy2map/images/map_pins/pins/

so you can always just remove them manually.

    My best,
    Steven

I’ve just checked that folder and oddly it only contains the five original png icons that came with the plugin (111, 222, 333, 444 & 555) and nothing else.

What’s odder is that when I looked at one of custom icons and pressed “view image”, it showed the URL as being wp-content/plugins/easy2map/images/map_pins/pins/uploaded/1/custom.png.

I can’t see such a folder at all! Very strange.
