How do I disable the 'congratulations' message

After installing wordfence a dialogue box pops up in the admin saying “congratulations…”
I’ve entered my email address and closed it.
However, whenever I open any screen in the admin the dialogue box pops up again. I can’t get rid of it!
How do I disable the dialogue window?
