While my site was in development, I connected printful – made a couple fake products, made sure everything worked ok. Then I deleted the store, removed the plugin. Now I have the store transferred over to the proper server connected its domain etc. However, when I try to reinstall the plugin and create a shop.. it acts like there is already a store it is trying to connect to. Even though the store doesn’t exist on the printful website, the plugin automatically acts like there is. How do I get the plugin to do a fresh install. I’ve deleted the plugin via ftp, via the plugin manager.. I have looked through the wordpress database to see if the plugin had database entries that needed to be erased.. nothing.

    Hey,

The plugin itself does not store anything apart from your API key and other basic settings which you can see and edit in it’s settings. So there isn’t much to reset. If you still have the old API key in the plugins settings, delete that and hit save.
