How do I download all the review data?

    Use the Export Reviews tool.

    Where is Export Reviews tool?
    The only tools on my screen are ‘Edit’ and ‘Move to Trash’.

    OK. But I get a notification saying “This tool doesn’t support custom fields yet!”
    I can’t download. T_T

    If you are not using the Review Forms add-on, then you can ignore that notice as your reviews will not have custom fields to export.

    If you are using the Review Forms add-on, then please log into your Nifty Plugins account, click on the Support Tab, select “I have a technical issue”, then choose the Review Forms add-on and fill out the rest of the support form.

    Once I get the email, I can walk you through how to do it.

    i get it.
    There is one problem. I don’t see all the reviews on the site.
    Is it related to this issue?

    1. Do you have reviews in Site Reviews? If yes, please post a screenshot.
    2. If you upgraded to v6.0, did you run the “Migrate Plugin” tool (Site Reviews > Tools > Migrate Plugin)?
