How do I edit my home Page?

Hi – My URL is https://nancy.meganrmccarrin.com/

I can’t figure out how to edit the home page? I added a home page under pages and it just created https://nancy.meganrmccarrin.com/home, but I want https://nancy.meganrmccarrin.com/. Also, when I click on “visit site” from my dashboard, it goes to https://nancy.meganrmccarrin.com/ and not https://nancy.meganrmccarrin.com/home.
