How do I edit the CP Navigation?

  • How would I be able to edit the header menu navigation (where you have the dashboard and such) where:
    # Write
    # Manage
    # Design
    # Comments

    is? I would like to add some things to it. Also, how would I be able to remove the ‘Visit Site’ button?
