How do I eliminate the Black Bar at the top of my video?

  • I have tried resizing the video, I have tried uploading to server, I have tried to upload to the page. I have no idea of why I can not get rid of the black bar at the top of the video. I have made about 6 different copies of this simple video and uploaded a dozen different versions. No luck.

    So Lost. And frustrated.

    I now have another page that I can not get the black bar off the top of the video.

    I used the text from above!

    .mejs-container{
    background: #e5e5e5;
    }

    and Changed the color to ffcc33. The page changes and looks like it is fixed so I exit out of the customizer and POOF the black bar is back.

    So what am I doing wrong??
