How do I Enable Sending Referrers?

I get this error when trying to save a post:
Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.I’ve looked at the recommended site:

But I cannot find the
network.http.sendRefererHeadersetting that supposedly needs to be changed in Firefox 1.5.0.3.Has anyone else found a solution to this problem?
