How do I enlarge thumbnails?

  • I have some small featured images, about 150*95. But in my homepage, I would like all my thumbnails to be about 300*189, at least the width should be consistent. How do I enlarge the original image? In html I can simply set width=300px, but I don’t know how to set it in your theme…

    Check your SETTINGS->MEDIA, sometimes themes fetch sizes from there.!

    But this is not what I want.
    My problem is, I have some small images, which sizes are smaller than the theme settings, so how do I enlarge them? Or how to set a minimum width to show up featured images?
