how do i find my file path (i am moving from localhost to remote server)

to mirate the databsse i need to know my new file path, but i am confused what it is.

This is what i put in the plugin:

Current address (URL): https://localhost/the%20ara%20project%202.0
New address (URL): https://www.thearaproject.org
Current file path: C:\xampp\htdocs\THE ARA PROJECT 2.0
New file path: ??? (or also: https://www.thearaproject.org?)

i am not really sure what to put?

or could it be this what godaddy calls my absolute hosting path?

D:\Hosting\5624142\html
