• Hello

I wish to work with another web designer and would like to move my wordpress account over to them. I believe I have to have administration rights to take ownership. How do I find out who current owner is?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Regards

Thank you for your prompt reply. What I mean, in a manner of speaking is this:

I would like to give the new web designer access rights to make changes to my website.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon

    With kind regards

What is your web designer asking for, access to your dashboard? You can create a user: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Users_Add_New_Screen

Thank you for your informative email! It is my understanding the web designer would like access to everything concerning wordpress.

Hmm your web designer is being a bit vague. For now, create a user so that your web designer can access the WordPress dashboard. If your web designer needs further access then you might have to talk to your hosting providers about giving “FTP” access.
