How do I find the URL to a Link when added through Link Manager

I feel like this is a stupid question, but I tried looking and couldnt find the answer.

I am wanting to use LinkMarket.net, but when you are submitting a link for exchange they want you to show them the URL of where the link is you just added to your site.

I go into Link Manager, add new link, add it to the category I want, NOW WHATS THE URL to that added link?

I dont really want to have to create a separate page for Links, but will I guess if I have to. If I do this will I need to add the HTML for the link add to the page every time, or is there some code and way to get those links I add through the link manager to pull automatically onto the page I set up?
