How do I fix this?

    Ive just uograded from WordPress 2.8.1 to WordPress 2.8.2 and everything went fine …with the exeption of that now my website is taking for ever to load a single page…

    I tried deactivating a couple of plugins that I wasnt using and deactivated one by one to see if a plugin was the cause but nothing..

    How can I fix this??…

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

    Nice…
    Did what you just said.. started out with all plugins and then swithched to default theme…

    Found that the plugin
    HITS- IE6 PNGFix Adds IE6 Compatability for PNG transparency, using 1 of 3 configured approaches
    is not very compatible with the new 2.8.2 …
