    How do I force a sync of my catalog? I have updated settings but this has not caused it to re-sync or even retry to sync.

    Feed ingestion failed.?? ? ??Last attempt: 22 hours ago – Pinterest returned: We could not access your feed file. Please check that the URL and credentials are correct and that the feed exists in the provided location.

    Hi there!

    You can refresh the feed URL in WooCommerce, but Pinterest only syncs your data source once every 24 hours. This is not changeable, and cannot be forced from your Pinterest account.

    Are you still seeing the same error today, or was Pinterest able to access the feed this time?

    If you still see the same error, does the end of the feed file’s URL /wp-content/uploads/pinterest-for-woocommerce-xxxxx.xml match the URL within Ads > Catalogs in Pinterest? Check for the same ending like /erce-xxxxx.xml on that page.
