How do I Fully remove OMGF Plugin?

Im getting this Error in GT Metrix after removing OMGF
I tried looking everywhere for leftover files but I couldn’t find any.
Any Idea how I would fix it? trying to increase my GT Metrix Scores
The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

I decided to to re Add the plugin, Clear the cache from inside the plugin, and then i ticked the remove plugin box and removed it however Im still getting this issue.
I tried Clearing WP Rocket Cache
I cleared Cloudflare cache
I Purged Siteground cache
I also purged OPCacheIm extremely confused.
Please help!

On a standard environment, when OMGF isn’t running, the stylesheet isn’t loaded.
In production environments however, you’re most likely using a caching or css minification/combining plugin, e.g. WP Rocket, Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache, a CDN, e.g. CloudFlare or KeyCDN, or a Server level caching mechanism, e.g. Varnish, Redis, Memcached, etc.
This behavior is most likely caused by one of these plugins/services, which still has OMGF’s stylesheet cached, even though OMGF isn’t active anymore.
