How do I gain access to dashboard when domain name has been changed

    In migrating some sites I moved domain registration before migrating a site. The site had been accessed by a sub-domain name (news.ludwigkeck.com). I have access to the files at the old hosting provider but cannot log into dashboard. What is the procedure for getting in?
