How do I get a canceled bank check

    I need help on how I can get a canceled banking check while registering for a Till no. They require a canceled banking cheque or letter from the bank. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi @kenjuguna3,

    The process for getting a letter from the bank will involve writing a letter addressed to the Bank indicating that you would like to link the Till number with your bank account number. When you take the letter to the bank, they will stamp it and then you can send it to Safaricom. The bank can advise on the process for getting a cancelled check.
