How do I get a drop down meta box?

  • Forgive the title, I couldn’t think of the right wording. What I’m after is a drop down box, similar to that on this site https://libertarianhome.co.uk/ which has a little tab dangling from the top which you click, it rolls down bringing up the meta login or register box. How would I get/customise something like that?

    I’m using the suffusion theme (if that makes a difference)

    near the bottom.

    They designed the theme for the lib home site yes, but I want to take just that aspect of that site (the drop down meta menu) and incorporate it into my own.

    Is there perhaps a piece of code or a widget/plugin which can allow me to do this?
